Parties and scope
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between SE Games (sole proprietorship, Türkiye; "SE Games", "we") and you as a user of the Okey Masters 101 game (the "Game") and related services. By downloading, installing or playing the Game, you accept these Terms.
The Privacy Policy, KVKK Information Notice and Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
Age and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under 18, you must use the Game with the permission of a parent or guardian and ask for their permission before making purchases. The Game is for entertainment only.
Your account
When you first open the Game, a guest account is created and linked to your device. If you uninstall the app, clear device data or change devices, you may lose access to your guest account; lost guest accounts generally cannot be restored. When account linking (e.g. Sign in with Google or Apple) becomes available, we recommend linking your account.
Your account is personal; you may not sell, transfer or share it. You are responsible for activity on your account. Your display name may not impersonate others or contain insults, obscenity or advertising.
No real-money gambling
Okey Masters 101 is a game of skill and entertainment and does not offer real-money gambling or betting. Chips, diamonds and other virtual items earned or purchased in the Game can never be exchanged for real money, goods or prizes. No cash prizes are awarded. Success in the Game does not imply future success at real-money gaming.
Virtual currency and items
Chips, diamonds, memberships and cosmetic items ("Virtual Items") are granted to you as a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to use within the Game only. Virtual Items confer no ownership and have no monetary value.
- They may not be transferred to another account, sold or traded, except through features explicitly offered in the Game.
- They may not be bought or sold outside the Game for real money or anything of value. Doing so is grounds for account closure.
- They end without compensation when the account is deleted or closed as a sanction.
To keep the Game balanced, we may change the prices, quantities and functions of Virtual Items. We may remove Virtual Items obtained through bugs or cheating.
Purchases and refunds
In-app purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and are subject to that store's payment terms. Prices are shown on the purchase screen including taxes.
Virtual Items are digital content supplied immediately with your consent, so under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation the right of withdrawal does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective services.
If an item you bought did not reach your account, email [email protected] with your store order number and Player ID. Once verified, we will deliver the item or direct you to the store's refund process. Refund requests may also be handled under the store's own refund policy.
User content
You are responsible for your display name, profile photo, club name and chat messages. You confirm that content you share is yours or that you have the right to share it.
You grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to display, store and review your content for moderation within the Game. This licence ends when the content or account is deleted, subject to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy. For content rules see the Community Guidelines.
Prohibited conduct
- Using cheats, tampering with the Game or servers, or playing with automation tools
- Exploiting a bug instead of reporting it
- Colluding with other players, losing on purpose to move chips, or using multiple accounts for unfair advantage
- Buying, selling or offering accounts or Virtual Items
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, doxxing, spam and fraud
- Any content or conduct that targets or sexualises children
- Impersonating SE Games staff or moderators
- Reverse engineering the Game (except where permitted by applicable law)
- Using the Game for illegal purposes, such as organising gambling or betting
Sanctions
If you breach these Terms or the Community Guidelines, depending on severity we may: delete messages; impose a 1, 3, 7 or 30-day chat ban; impose a temporary or indefinite account ban; remove Virtual Items obtained through cheating.
For serious breaches such as child abuse, serious threats or fraud, we impose an indefinite account ban directly and report to the authorities where necessary. To appeal a sanction, email [email protected] with your Player ID; appeals are reviewed again by a person.
Changes and interruptions
We may add, change or remove features to improve the Game. The Game may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical problems. If we decide to shut the Game down entirely, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance.
Intellectual property
The Game, including its software, designs, graphics, sounds, text and the names "SE Games" and "Okey Masters 101", belongs to SE Games or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. Okey and its rules are a traditional public-domain game; these Terms cover only our app and our content.
Limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or matches and Virtual Items lost because of connection drops or device problems. Our liability for intent and gross negligence and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms.
If you downloaded from the App Store
If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
- These Terms are between you and SE Games, not Apple. SE Games, not Apple, is responsible for the Game and its content.
- You may use the Game only on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.
- If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- SE Games, not Apple, is responsible for addressing product liability, legal compliance and consumer protection claims.
- SE Games, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and resolving any claim that the Game infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where the transaction took place within the monetary limits, and to Consumer Courts above those limits. If you live outside Türkiye, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will announce significant changes in the Game or on this page at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
