Child Safety Standards

The standards we apply to keep children safe in Okey Masters 101, and how to report a violation.

Last updated: Effective:

Zero tolerance

SE Games enforces a zero-tolerance policy in Okey Masters 101 against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The following is never allowed:

  • Sharing, requesting or pointing to child sexual abuse material
  • Sexual communication with minors
  • Grooming a child for abuse
  • Asking minors for photos or personal information, or trying to move them to platforms outside the Game
  • Content that sexualises children or glorifies or normalises child abuse

Preventive measures

  • The Game is not directed at children under 13 and a minimum age of 13 applies.
  • Private messages are open to friends only by default; players can limit who may message and invite them.
  • Images and files cannot be sent in chat; only text messages are supported.
  • Chat messages, display names and club names pass through an automatic content filter.
  • Every message can be reported and every player can be blocked.
  • Profile photos that break the rules are removed.
  • Reports are reviewed by trained moderators.

How to report

  • In the Game: press and hold the message and choose ŞİKAYET ET (Report); ENGELLE (Block) the player.
  • By email: [email protected] — use "Child safety" in the subject and include the player's ID and the date of the incident.

If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first (112 in Türkiye and the EU). In Türkiye you can also report via İhbar Web or to the Cybercrime Department of the Turkish National Police. International reports: NCMEC CyberTipline.

What we do

  • We review child safety reports as a priority, aiming for a first review within 24 hours.
  • If we confirm a violation, we remove the content and close the account indefinitely.
  • We preserve evidence securely for the legally required period and report to the competent authorities in Türkiye (public prosecutor and police) and, where appropriate, to relevant international organisations.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement and judicial requests within the legal framework.
