In short
- The games are free; they may contain ads and optional coin pack purchases.
- There is no player account and no server; your progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes your progress and it cannot be restored.
- Coins have no monetary value and cannot be bought or sold outside the game.
- Users under 18 need a parent's permission for purchases.
- Signing in to Google Play Games or Game Center for the leaderboard is optional.
Parties and scope
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between SE Games (sole proprietorship, Türkiye; "SE Games", "we") and you, as a user of one of the games listed in the Covered games table below (the "Game"). By downloading, installing or playing the Game you accept these Terms.
The Games Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. Our online, account-based game Okey Masters 101 has separate Terms.

If a feature is absent in a game, the section about that feature does not apply to that game.
Age and eligibility
The Games are not designed for children under 13. If you are under 18, use the Game with the permission of a parent or guardian and obtain their permission before making a purchase.
Nature of the Game
The Games are free-to-play single-player skill games. Coins and other virtual items are used only inside the game; there is no real-money winning or gambling feature.
Game save and device
The Game has no player account and no server. Your progress, coins and purchased items are stored only in the save file on your device. If you uninstall the app, clear its data or change device, this save is lost and as a rule cannot be restored; if your device's backup feature is on, you can restore the save from your own backup. SE Games has no obligation to re-grant lost progress, coins or purchased items, except where a purchase was confirmed by the store and never delivered (see Purchases and refunds).
Virtual coins and items
Coins, balls, launchers, items and similar ("Virtual Items") are granted to you as a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to use only inside the Game. Virtual Items confer no ownership rights and have no monetary value.
- They cannot be bought, sold, traded or transferred outside the Game.
- Virtual Items obtained through bugs, cheating or tampering with the save file are against the rules of the Game; we do not guarantee that such a save will work.
To keep the Game balanced we may change the prices, amounts and functions of Virtual Items through updates.
Purchases and refunds
In-game purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and are subject to that store's payment terms. Prices are shown on the purchase screen inclusive of taxes. A purchased coin pack is added to the save on your device.
Because purchased Virtual Items are digital content delivered immediately with your consent, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective services.
If a pack you bought was not added to your save, first close and reopen the Game; purchases confirmed by the store but not delivered are processed again at launch. If the problem persists, write to [email protected] with your store order number, the name of the game and your device model. Once the problem is confirmed we will direct you to the store's refund process; refund requests are assessed under the store's own refund policy.
Ads
Games with ads show banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. The reward of a rewarded ad is granted when the ad provider reports that the ad was completed; if the ad fails to load or is not completed, no reward is granted. The ad provider and the advertiser are responsible for ad content. Using tools that block ads or generate fake ad views is prohibited.
Leaderboard
In games with a leaderboard you may choose to sign in to Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center to submit your best score. Those accounts are subject to Google's and Apple's terms. We may remove scores obtained through cheating or tampering with the save file from the leaderboard.
Prohibited conduct
- Using cheat software, modifying the save file, playing with automation tools
- Using tools that generate fake purchases or fake ad views
- Attempting to reverse engineer, copy or distribute modified versions of the Game (except where permitted by applicable law)
- Using the Game for unlawful purposes
Changes to the service
To improve the Game we may add, change or remove features. The ad, purchase and leaderboard features depend on Google and Apple services; we are not responsible for outages of those services. If we remove the Game from the store, the copy on your device keeps working, but updates, ads and purchases may end.
Intellectual property
The Game, including its software, designs, artwork, sounds, text and the names "SE Games" and the game names, belongs to SE Games or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or progress and Virtual Items lost due to changing device, uninstalling the app or device problems. Our liability for intent and gross negligence and your rights under consumer protection law remain unaffected.
If you downloaded from the App Store
If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
- These Terms are between you and SE Games, not Apple. SE Games, not Apple, is responsible for the Game and its content.
- You may use the Game only on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.
- If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- SE Games, not Apple, is responsible for addressing product liability, legal compliance and consumer protection claims.
- SE Games, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and resolving any claim that the Game infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where the transaction took place within the monetary limits, and to Consumer Courts above those limits. If you live outside Türkiye, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the covered-games table changes when a new game is added. We will announce significant changes in the Game or on this page at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
